You can expect to receive your Fowl Dog order within 7-10 business days of purchase. We use a USPS flat shipping rate, with tracking, so be on the look-out for your carrier.
Right now, we’re only able to fill orders in the continental U.S. But we don’t want to leave anyone out in the cold! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to provide you with shipping rates outside of the U.S.
If you need to return your order, we’re happy to accept unused travel products (seat covers and cargo liners) with proof of purchase within 30 days. Once we get your return order, we’ll process the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase (sorry, shipping costs are not refundable). In order to keep our awesome flat rate shipping fee, you'll need to take care of returning the item to us as well.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all Fowl Dog travel products.
